Interaction Designer to work in Charleston, SC. In this role you will
design interfaces for web-based software applications placing an
emphasis on ease-of-use for a variety of user types.

This position requires the candidate to understand client requirements
and translate them into user-interface designs. Candidates should be
prepared to contribute during the full life cycle of product development
of the leading online benefits management application.

Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 1 year interface design experience as a member of a
software development team 
- Familiarity with html, CSS, javascript and/or design and prototyping
tools, such as Macromedia Studio 
- Solid understanding of basic usability concepts and evaluation 
- Ability to present designs to users and evaluate ease of use 
- Understanding of the technical feasibility of various design choices 
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team 
- Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills 
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Human Factors, Graphic Design or
related field.
