Nielsen wrote and published, E-Commerce Experience (ISBN 0-9706072-0-2) and
it examines a number of e-commerce websites. The book is pricey, $125, but
it comprehensive. Nielsen also wrote, Homepage Usability, which has 100 or
so tips about usability.
