I guess it depends on what you mean by interactive newspaper. The
Calgary Herald has an "electronic edition" which is much more hands-on
than just reading a news item. You can see a demo here:

Personally, thinking back to when they launched it, I found it horribly
frustrating to use, and haven't looked at it since (until now, and I
still didn't like it. :)
