Just a quick plug for my school, in case no one has done so already:
San Jose State University. The program is couched under "Human
Factors", but the program is extremely flexible, and we have ties to
great people like Del Coates (http://www.engr.sjsu.edu/hfe/
faculty_7.php), who teaches and lectures. Bang for the buck is very
high, faculty is strong (Dr. Lou Freund, Dr. Andre, Dr. Kevin Jordan
etc...) and it's located in the heart of Silicon Valley. For more info:

...also, there is a very strong HF/E student chapter, with ties to
both the Industrial Design program, as well as Computer Engineering.
I've been utilizing both, and it's been a great education. Also, they
have ties to NASA Ames, and a myriad of local companies.
Feel free to contact me if you want more info.
Regards,
-Dan
