I haven't yet seen mention of the EMMA program in the Netherlands.

I did my MA there a couple years ago.  Very creative faculty and a rewarding
program.  I'd recommend it to those who are comfortable with self-directed
study, as it's a lightly structured program (taught in English, but very
Dutch culturally) and is probably a better fit for those with a running
start on what they want to pursue academically.
