Kansas University has been offering interaction design as an informal cross disciplinary degree as a Masters of Arts for many years, as well as a PhD in design through the School of Education in cooperation with the design department.
They are currenty formalizing the following:
MA - Interaction Design
MA - Design Management
Additionally, they are finishing up plans for a combination MBA and Design Management degree.
