Sure there would! A senior designer can learn a lot from the questions of a
more junior designer about a design ("there are no dumb questions"). (S)he
learns how to defend a design and how others (including the client) may
interpret it. And then there's the 4 eyes see more than 2 rule that allows
for small oversights to be detected, or even errors the lead designer has
become blind to due to working with the material for too long.

All these are reasons for review of teh work of senior designers too.
