[IxDA Discuss] True or False: In a perfect world we'd all create html clickable wireframes after the static ones have been done

HI all,
Glad we've picked up this thread again. I myself can't stand
writing long detailed specifications that are required for some thick
client apps but I am required to deliver those as a consultant.
Recently I started playing around with Axure - a rapid prototyping
too that allows me to wireframe, prototype and document at the same
time. I began my career as a visual designer so I tend to start
designs and interaction with sketches and work backwards to
documents. Ideally I'd get rid of the documents all together but I
know that won't work in many environments - I just interviewed a
bio-tech company that said the FDA required the 300 page doc - but in
the agile projects I do as a usability consultant I can start with the
interface and work backwards by using this tool - also it provides the
interactivity I need to do usability tests.
