[ID Discuss] Books (was Content strategy - Written aspects of interaction design)

I'll recommend Mike Kuniavsky's book, Observing the User Experience. 
(Same caveats apply: he is my boyfriend, but I've found the book 
invaluable for teaching, and would have bought it even if I didn't know 
Mike.)
