[ID Discuss] AIGA Experience Design knowledge sharing survey

We purposely kept the language vague, since what
exactly the tool will become will be based on needs 
and goals we see expressed in the survey and the other 
research we're doing.  We didn't want to bias anyone's
thinking about what the tool might be from a technology
standpoint.
