Funny story about buying for your mom. Online searching can result in many
off-brand examples. I saw a new ginsu-like knife with this attachment to
slice with uniform thickness. It's marketed for its "precision" , but could
easily suit seniors. Oddly the advertisement doesn¹t feature this as a
selling point.
